• 2003- ... : Independent legal practice – specialising in civil, constitutional and European law; extensive experience in court and administrative proceedings, including the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Constitutional Tribunal, as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) and the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR)
• 2016-2019 : Parliamentary expert – providing legal opinions and consultations for the Polish Parliament’s analysis office and the Speaker of the Senate, focusing on constitutional order and the rule of law
